I have found 73 degrees to be an ideal temperature, and enjoyed the fact in the warmer months, that I could just leave this temperature setting programmed, and press "automatic" upon starting my car. However, when I did this in my GS today, the AC came on and it was accompanied with a continual blast of cold air. Even though the temperature outside registered 64 degrees, the interior continued to cool, irregardless of my "Automatic" temperature setting. After I hit the Climate button, and pressed the AC icon to disable it, all was well. So, my question is, do I need to go through these steps evertime I press the "Automatic" button in colder weather?
Thank-you for responding.

Seat warmers? Can hardly feel them. I wish they would get hot. But I try using them... I'd bet the warmer climate owners have the same beef about the ventilated seats... seems the blower is a little to weak for my liking. But hey, the seats to 'warm' and they do ventilate a little... so I am happy.
I really haven't seen the climate issues regarding the A/C. I'd agree, it might be that the car is trying to defrost. I'll keep an eye on mine to see if it occurs.
