This morning coming down an onramp to the highway, I saw a piece of wood coming at me low, the only way that I could avoid it was to hit the sidewall, so I ran it over. After getting to work, I checked the car over and see that it scratched the paint off of the bumper and cracked the bottom of it. Does anyone know where I can get an OEM bumper for a good price. I saw a few on ebay but they are kinda suspect. I will take pics tonight and post them on here. Thanks for the insight ahead of time.

Cheap and OEM do not mix. Im always looking for the bargain deals for my car, but for the GS they just dont exist yet. Your best bet is to check the postings to see if anyone will part ways with their oem bumper. Im not sure how much the price of an oem bumper will be...maybe move to an aftermarket bumper and be the special guy we at CL drool over
Great news. I just left my body guy and he said that he can repair and paint the front bumper for $200. So looks like my problem is now solved. Thanks for your help guys.
a good body shop can fix your OEM bumper if it's been damage. I saw my father in law's body shop fix a mercedes bumper and it came out looking really good. I didn't even notice where they fix it. Instead of bondo....they use some kind of plastic bondo...if im correct.
Depending on the damage to the bumper cover, it can be repaired or not. Most body shops will send your bumper out to get reconditioned. Now if the mount tabs are broken or there is a large crack or missing piece in the bumper, it cannot be repaired.
