I dunno about yours, my first aid kit is Velcroed on the wall on top of the strap which makes the useless strap for the manual?

The first aid kit can be placed anywhere technically. The strap is supposed to be used for the first aid kit even with the velcro. My first aid kit was strapped in on my GS350 as well as the 04 IS300 I also bought from Longo. Someone got lazy when they PDI'd your car.
