My car is 08' GS350, will these wheel fit?

19x9,offset 24, front
19x10.5, offset 23, rear

No it won't. The set-up is too aggressive and you'll probably rub over even the most modest bumps.

those are very aggressive. unless you are prepared to deal with your fenders a lot, tire size, drops, etc... stay away
