Default Second Oil change

07 GS350 is almost ready for its second oil change at 7000k. First one done at 3000k. Debating which oil to use. Any 5w-30 or full syn oil? Any recommendations for Brand and grade?

oops, 7000 only. I am thinking of going with synthetic also. Which brands beside Mobile 1? 5w-20?

Royal Purple and Ames oil are the best IMO.

I had the first oil change at 3000, so I'm preparing second change at 8000k.

that's a weird interval, considering the first oil change at 5k is free at dealer

don't they change your oil free twice -- once at the 1K, and again at the 5k??
