Do you even need to change wire harness with the 55W HID? What is the start up amperage of the 55 Watt system?
roughly 20 amps to start up with a 55w system, the thing is, it's better to be safe than sorry, it's probably also safe to say that stock harness can handle the additional watts but I HAVE seen melted harness/housing due to this.
6000k 55w will output about 4200lm which is extremely bright and highly illegal.
