Mirrors travelling distance is different!!! When you adjust the mirrors their position is not the same to the car body...

Lol, thats a good one. the mirror housing doesnt move when you adjust the mirror.

haha wouldn't it be scary if the housing moves as well

but for the record, the housings do point a bit differently left and right. though it has NOTHING to do with mirror adjustment

ok maybe i am missing what you are trying to say.

when you adjust the side powered mirrors, you adjust the mirrors, NOT the housing. unless you manually flip the mirror as shown in 2nd and 3rd pic (which wouldn't be the position if you are driving), the housings are locked in one position

maybe you can explain more about your "When you adjust the mirrors their position is not the same to the car body" statement? and your definition of "adjusted position"?
