Broker in Phoenix area?
I am a bit lost here, people usually get broker for exotics cars or hard to find vehicles, why would he want to pay for brokerage fee when there are like 50 nissan titan sitting in the lot of any Nissan dealers?
You are Lost! - When I bought Honda Accords, I always used a broker. They saved me about $1,000 off the best deal I could get myself at a dealer. The 'broker fee' usually is a lot cheaper than the dealer profit that the 'average joe' pays.
I used to call my Broker and he gave me a screaming deal price over the phone in 10 seconds. - Same price for everyone! Brokers are used by people that want a great price without checking with multiple dealerships and wasting a lot of time. The broker I used had relationships with Honda dealerships in rural areas in 5 states. When I wanted a car he located one for me and had it shipped in. He added $200 to his cost of every Honda he sold. He had such a good reputation that he sold over 150 Hondas a month out of his house. He long since retired!
Quite a few folks on this forum use a Broker for their GS350. I called one, but managed to get a deal direct from the dealer that was $500 below his price. But the broker in New York beat my Minneapolis dealer by $2500.

Usually they serve a local market. I have not dealt with one that services the entire country.
