Any ideas!! I have purchased 4 used OEM Tire pressure sensors for my 06 GS 300, Would need to have the sensors programmed for my car? I placed the sensors in the spare equally spaced apart and followed the reset procedure with no luck. Will the glove compartment option work if the sensors are programmed for my car? Any info would be great.. Thx Mobb...

could not open your msge, but I am assuming you changed all four tires, and do not want the Tire Pressure Sensors mounted on your new tires. In that case, the manual is pretty specific, see page 433 onward. The sensors even have their own individual battery and can be disrupted by certain radio frequencies, for instance my bluetooth connection sometimes fails because I have an over the dash Garmin navigation device that radiates interference with the bluetooth frequencies. My advice, bite the bullet and get a Lexus dealer to replace your tires or get a competent garage to do it.
Federal law in effect this year mandates tire pressure monitoring on all new cars, I had read something to that effect when I bought my 06 in August of 05. So all new cars will apparently have a similar problem.
