I got the paint kit from Tire Rack, the kit comes with everything you need to paint the calipers, including brake cleaner and paint brush.
The kit is great, the finish is awesome, very glossy and soft to the touch, this is not cheap canned paint, but advanced, chemically bonded paint. The only thing I will recommend is to toss the paint brush that come with the kit for a nicer one, the hair on the bundled brush are not very regular and have a tendency to create uneven surfaces when applying the paint, so save yourself some hassle and get a nice high quality paint brush; beside that, it was very easy to apply, the main hassle being to remove the tires...
Oh, and I got the Lexus Stickers from a British dude on eBay...

I ordered the GOLD PAINT from the same place and even got the same stickers from some dude across the pond in the UK. I decided to go with the GOLD cuz i love the way it looks on this black 3GS. i think it'll look pretty dope on a Glacier Frost car too. I'll keep everyone updated and post pics in a couple days!

forgot..here's an ok picture...the black paint is a little more suttle so doesn't jump out as much as the lighter colors but still has a nice look to it.

It does come out in black factory. However, the black isn't glossy and as dark as the g2 paint.

Bringing another old thread back from the dead ...

I like this mod on our car if done subtly. I am painting mine black with white decal. I got decals from vendor below. $9.95 includes 2 front caliper and 3 rear caliper (1 extra) decals in several color choices.

Thanks for bringing this back. Looks like it is a mod I will do shortly. do you have to take calipers off before painting or you just take wheels off an paint the calipers on the car?

You painted the calipers while they were still mounted on the rotors?

I don't understand why the calipers don't come painted from the factory on a luxury car, rotting iron calipers look like crap.

If using the G2 system as described earlier in this thread, the manufacturer recommends removing each wheel before painting the caliper. Unless you want to paint the inside of the caliper, you do not need to remove it. Note: this paint is applied by a brush. Here is a link to G2: http://www.g2usa.com/Merchant2/merch...roduct_Code=G2
