Thanks to TSIB #BR002-06, I have very very very little brake dust now...

I'm pretty sure the paint will hold nicely as it is what is supposed to do, as for the sticker, it is clearly a concern, I'll let you know if it hold or not...

 

Looks good, it accents the car really well

 

After more than a month, there is no problems, the decals hold up very well, no peeling, discoloring or anything.

Those are the GS430 rims right? What size are those? I think I want to get them.

Also, could you paint those breaks chrome ? Do they have a chrome color? Looks great

 

Um, those are 450h rims...

None of the OEM wheels come chrome stock.

 

Theses are the 450h exclusive rims.
They have a "silver" color for the Caliper paint, but no "chrome" color.

 

i had painted my IS300 calipers and put the stickers on it. I had the car for about another 7 months afterwards and the paint held up really well. No problem with the stickers as well.

 

what other colors did you consider besides the gold?

I have the matador red and wonder what color would look the best.... I guess there is no matador red color I could use to match the paint on the calipers. I would think silver would be a nice contrast with the red, especially if i add those british lexus white decals. thoughts on colors to go with red? I have the oem 18in 5 star but am considering the mrr's for a wheel change at a later date

 

I didn't consider any other color but Gold, I think that Gold on Black is a very nice and classy combo and a lot of high performance braking system do come in Gold nowadays.

Actually Gold or Red can be nice with a Red car...

 

just ordered the black actually...hopefully just a high gloss for a little more suttle look...red would clash with the matador so passed on that...should have it in a few days

 

Looks great, I painted my rear calipers black over 2 years ago with the G2 and it still looks great
