Default GS 300, AWD or RWD? Advice please

i am buying a GS300 2006 soon and would like to ask all out there their opinion on if i should get a RWD or AWD unit.

I live in Chicago. The only reason i would contemplate AWD is snow. However i like the gas mileage and "lighter" feel with the RWD vs. AWD. I have a Toyotal highlander with AWD and it is noticably heavier that the FWD model.

WHat are other pro's or con's? Shouldnt RWD be ok.

Default Get the AWD..

Especially in Chicago. I am in Mass - AWD = no worries for winter driving, although I also put on Blizzak snow tires too.

And yes - I am bias.
