Default Smell when using tiptronic

Everytime i friggin use the tiptronic thing in my GS300...

goddamn it. There's like this burnt smell every friggin time i use it. ARGH DRIVES ME FRIGGIN NUTS.

what the hell lexus? WHAT THE HELL.

Its a "manual" mode of shifting the one where you can go up/down gears (actually, more like gear limiting). Bozer, when you move a shifter to the left from D position, you can up/down shift.

Don't have a problem with mine, althought I don't use it much.

I use mine ALL of the time, actually get better gas mileage when I leave it in 5 and I have never smelled anything.....

Have you checked your tranny fluid condition?Does it look or smell burnt?

must be low on transmission fluid....either that or needs to be changed with a good quality transmission fluid, not those cheap ones...

sooo....lexus of carlsbad has been giving me bad tranny fluid?

heh

well either way, i only service my cars at dealerships. If they F me over....there will be hell to pay
