Default Hiccup In transmission from 2-3 Gear

I know there are Threads about this on the RC-F. I had the re-flash done on my GS-F but its still happening. Noticeable more in Manual Mode. When cruising at around 2-3k RPM there is a little jolt and shake in car then it stabilizes. It happens every time and I have been able to replicate it continuously. Even in auto when driving off in the morning i sometimes get that little push or jolt in the tranny. Also if I'm in and higher hear like 4th or 5th gear In Manual mode then hit the gas i feel like the car starts chugging at first then stabilizes and accelerates normal. (that's the best way i can describe it). This was the case on my 2014 IS350 so it may be characteristic of Lexus Transmissions. Just trying to figure out of something is really wrong here.

Are we sure its the Tranny Fluid being low perhaps? gonna have the dealer check it out, but I'm not optimistic they will have a fix. Any other GS-F's experiencing this?

Also when I floor it, there is no hiccup. smooth as butter 1st to 2nd then 2nd to 3rd. I read it might have something to do with the torque converter not locking up but when you really lay on it it locks up and you dont get the hiccup. Also have no clue if what I wrote makes any sense so bear with me here. I want to at least get it down on record with Lexus so if my Tranny goes up in flames in a couple years they cant say I beat the hell out of it car only has 4500 miles on it

you know I think we have the same transmission so, today I was driving and I put it in sport plus and I did about 25% throttle to 50 mph and I stayed in 3rd gear for way to long, like it was very long maybe about 4-5 seconds. before going to 4th gear. , there might be some tranny problems, but at the same time when I drive manual mode , its flipping perfect in every way. so idk really know at this point.

The reflash does not modify the transmission's programming in any way. The reflash is for the ECM and only to change the way the fuel pump works. Those who claim their cars shift better are experiencing what happens when you remove the battery cable to reset the ECM. Nothing more, nothing less.

I have driven the GS F in every available mode. I do not like the shifting in Sport or Sport Plus at all, ever.
