I know I read this and using the search for dvd and playback, I couldnt find it. I checked the how to thread and all I could find was how to hack it for the navigation.. maybe I missed it.

Anyways, where is the link to allow playback of dvds on units with the Ml and nonav?

 

Doesn't work, you have to have ML.

 

I have ML. No nav

 

Put the car in Park and step on the parking brake. The DVD's will magically start working.

DVD-Audio discs will play while the car is in motion, but any video images associated with the song won't be displayed unless the above steps are taken.

 

Right. I knew that. I'm tryin gto find the hack that allows the dvd to play while the car is in motion so my kids can watch it while I drive.
