I can't get any voice commands to work. Some of the menus aren't there. I'm looking for the ability to dial numbers or say my phonebook.
I'm begining to think that since there is no navigation in my car, the bluetooth is crippled....

 

maybe do the nav override hack and adjust the sensitivity of the voice commands. Mine is set to middle, but adjust to what works best for you. The sensitivity might be the problem. ....:_

with no nav, do you have the touch screen? if not, I don't know how to do the invisible button destination/nav hack.

 

i have no nav, but I do have the touch screen.

 

My GS 430 06 does not have NAV and Has no voice commands. The bluetooth stinks. If you do not have the correct phone and service, it is hit and miss with connection. Downloading phone book, don't get me started.

Did they make any improvements with the 07? I hear the LS 460 has made some, but I will believe it when I see it.

 

crap I could've sworn the dealer saying this had voce commands. Why did they leave the dumb voice button the steering wheel? If they removed it I would've felt better. Maybe.

 

ok, dealer figured out I can do voice tags. I only tried it on one name I had. I only had one in the phonebook.
Hes now checking for me to see how I can dial by saying the numbers.

 

I think you can use these two for the phone, but these are the only two phone-related voice commands I could find:


Dial by Name, Dial by Number
