Default Brush up on VAIS SLI install

Now that my VAIS Tech SLI (thanks Vais) is on order, I need to brush up on intall instructions. Thought I recall seeing a post or thread that touched on this, even with pics, but can't seem to find it.

Anybody remember where this is, or have an updated set of instructions? In particular, I'm curious where others are (a) mounting the SLI unit; and (b) placing the iPod?

Thanks

Any suggestions for a better location to mount the SLI unit?

I've mounted mine directly on top of the headunit at the back of the screen. There is a ton of space behind there and it's dead easy to remove the screen again once you know how.

I did the same thing and used 3M double-sided tape.

You can always remove the tape.

Aye. 3M tape here too. Not a lot of it mind. Just enough to stop it moving around.

Looks like I'm going to have to take it out again anyway. For some reason mine keeps on dropping out and resetting itself.
