/!\ Could be an assortment of things. Are there any other indicator lamps lit on the dash?

As the previous person posted it is advisable to get to the dealer.

The suggestion is the electronics have detected an error and it needs to analyzed to determine what is wrong. This is performed with a service tool.

Your dealer has the tools, expertise and parts if needed. It is warranty supported.

First and simplest, check the insure the fuel cap is tight; a click or two.

Don't worry about DVD hack, that shouldn;t affect the check engine light. If you want to, try disconnecting the battery for ONLY 1-2 minutes... If you do it for longer, you may have to reset all vehicle presets as well as seat-belt buzzer. Not to mention the freaking window/moonroof resets...
