Anyone heard anything about it yet? Just curious it's been a while so wanted to see if anyone has had theirs replaced yet

Your 2-IS? There is mention of this online at various sites. Following up with your local dealer to verify eligibility in the recall will give you a better lead time. Toyota will get around to mailing the letters to schedule a warranty service. If you bought your IS private party, going to the local dealer service rep would be my suggestion.
