Question Clear Protective Bra On Ebay...

ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THE CLEAR VINYL PROTECTIVE BRA THEY SELL ON EBAY. FROM WHT I HAD READ ON THIS FORUM, THE ~30 DOLLAR PRODUCT SEEMS A LIL TOO CHEAP COMPARED TO WHAT I HAD READ FROM FELLOW LEX OWNERS.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED.

THANKS.

It's not as much the quality of the clear bra you're paying for when you bring your car in to get it professionally installed, it's more the labor. The professionals can do a much better job that you can.

My advise - let the pro do it. About 3 years ago, I tried to do xpel film on my TL. I gave up half way through. You should be able to find installer through xpel website listed by state. I see that you have the kit installed. I am not sure how the pre-cut film works on the kit. You still should be able to get the hood protected.

you can't really tell unless you really examine it up close...and it also depends on the installation job that was done...sometimes the bra is wrapped around the edges which looks better....while sometimes it isn't which can make it stand out....

This is xpel on my car.

From an angle, you can't really see it. When you come up close, you can see where the film ends. I also found that not only it protects the front end, it also makes it easy for me to wash out bugs. It just comes right off. I highly recommand it!
