Yup, i just got my letter from lexus japan stating the same problem too. It has been replaced.. F.O.C. it takes approx. 4 hrs to install. Had my wheel bearings replaced too. I've done 58000 Km already on my GS still feeling good as if i just bought the car a month ago..
