I was driving back from Palm Springs last night, and my tire inflation light went off (yellow ! with swiggly line on the bottom, left-hand console side.) I checked all 4 tires for their pressure, and found out the front driver's side was at 34.5 psi compared to the 36.5 psi in the other tires. After I brought it back up to 36.5 psi, the light still hasn't stopped flashing. 1 month old car, and the dealer says they have to reset it or somethin. Sounds kinda stupid to me everytime it warns you about low tire pressure and you fix it, you gotta take it back to the dealer, through service so they can reset it or somethin. Just make it go away after the tire has been stabilized or somethin.

If a reset is all you need, the procedure is in your owner’s manual. The reset switch is located under the dash board above the break pedal on the driver’s side. Hope this helps. You have to do a few things more than pushing the button, but the instructions in the manual are easy to follow. (Make sure you have all your tires at the correct pressure before you reset.)
