Default Why so high in front????

I like my new GS AWD but the distance between the tires and fender lip is greater in the front than in the rear. When I look at the car it's kinda goofy.

Anyway to lower the front end only without too much hassel?

I thought my car looked that way too but most if not all cars are like the from the factor it just looks more significant on the GS300 AWD. There is no way to reduce the height in the front othger than lowering the entire vehicle.

I feel your pain, rjjr. I'm still debating whether I should lower my car.

Agreed. I feel like in a pinch I could sleep in the gap above my front tires. =)

I'm gonna get new rims and would take a 2 finger gap, but anything more than that is going to force me to lower it (which I don't really want to do)

I'm getting my 20s later this week and have the same reservations. Don't want to lower the car, but it might be necessary to get the most aesthetically out of my wheel/tire investment. Guess I'll just wait and see how it looks.

Guys,

Lowering your car should not even be a question, especially if you plan on adding aftermarket tires. If you are concerned with the ride and performance, quality suspension will actually improve the ride and performance. The ride will be a little bumpier as soon as you switch from the factory "cushiony" tires to the aftermarket performance tires but dont be afraid of the drop - you will love the look and handling after its done.

Point taken... I didn't have any qualms about dropping my previous car (E46 3 series), but after all the hassles I ended up dealing with, I guess I'm a little gunshy now. Maybe I just need to sack up and do it.

=)

How do you exactly lower the car?

Replace stock springs with aftermarket springs or coilovers.

For the AWD you can't replace with coilovers because there are non available, unless there's a set that was currently released.

You might be holding for a while. At least until the GS350 AWD has enough units sold.
