Default HELP-Can You Identify This Color?

I'm looking at buying a 06 GS 430. I can't tell whether this vehicle is flint mica or quartz metallic because it is sitting in the sun and the dealer said it is "grey" which doesn't help a whole lot. Can any Lexus owners identify which color this vehicle is? If you need more pics, I got em. Thanks for your help in advance!

It's hard to tell from the picture, but ti looks like the Flint Mica. Look at it closer in person. If it has purple, it's the Quartz. If it has more of just gray-ish hues, then it's the Flint.

Thanks a million, that was the impression I got too. I used some pictures a UK owner posted of their Quartz GS 430 that were very well done and compared to the pictures I have. It's impossible to tell anything in the shadows, but in the sunlight, it looks more blue than purple, where the Quartz really has a purple hue. The car is in Arizona and I'm in San Francisco, so I just wanted to know before I flew down. It's just tough because the Flint looks so dark out of the sunlight, but gets a lot lighter in the sun.

Default That looks like Flint Mica and the ..

Quartz Shadow tends to look lighter in the sun with purple highlights. (very rare)

...and one final one....thanks for everyone's help. I would really be greatful if someone who owns a Lexus in either of these colors could help out...nothing substitutes for spending your days looking at it in person.

From the pics, it looks like Flint Mica, but it's hard to tell. I was set on getting Quartz Shadow Metallic until I went to the dealer and saw the Blue Onyx Pearl in person. The moment I saw the latter, I knew I had to get it.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, I thought the blue was stunning too, but I decided to go the used route and save a couple K so I don't have the luxury of first choice .

I was just hoping I got second choice (flint) instead of fourth (black, then Quartz)

Thanks again, and thanks to everyone who responded. I think we reached a verdict.....one I was hoping for. That being said....when I get it, if it is Quartz, I'll let you know that we were all fooled
