Wouldn't it be the GS 350 awd which will replace the GS 300 awd?

Is Lexus going to replace the GS300 with GS350 or keep the 300 and add the 350?

Replace the GS300 with the GS350. Already have three variants of the GS, the 300/350, 430/460, and the 450H.

I thought 1SICK wants GS300/350/450H/460, much like the 5 series with all those variants starting from 525i & up

well it's always ok to wish

just kidding. seriously i don't see the point. having choices is good but after certain point it's like shooting yourself in the foot i really don't see the market of gs300, with the kind of power it has, they have to seriously lower the price of the car to make it attractive, but then they got the is350 right there too

Not saying they should do it, but a GS300 would compete well with the 525i, no?

well, my point is though, if you can get the gs350 with comparable options for less than that of a 525, why bother

I dont know if anyone discused this but when the gs-450h came out, lexus said the cars power is like that of a 4.5 litre v8. Now since the lexus ls-600h has 600 in its name does that mean that its power will equal to that of a 6 litre v-10/12???

Yes it will, & it better. Just the new V8 on the gasoline LS will have about 380 hp,so with the addition of the electric motor with the hybrid, it should generate hp comparable to the BMW 760i & the Audi A8 W12, though probably not the 500 hp bi-turbo S600.

I had hoped for this but looks like it won't happen.
I guess they'll have
GS 350
GS 450h
GS 460

A GS 300 would have been great from a sales persepective.

correct, that's the idea. it will perform like the s600/760il i suppose? the 760 most likely, though i am not sure about the s600 twin turbo, that's a monster
