to all of the newest gen GS owners (you lucky guys)

mind giving me the numbers on your license plate lights? I saw a gs300 at night and i fell in love with the bright, almost HID look to the license plate lights. will one of you guys dig through your owners manual and give me the bulb numbers? i want to swing by my lexus dealer (its quite awhile away) and order them but i dont want to do it if its not even compatable (1993 LS4)

I just checked my owner's Manual for the number...
License plate light
Bulb No. is blank
it's just LED light bulb

 

Just read your post ... they are LEDs but you may not be out of luck http://www.superbrightleds.com makes all different color and socket combinations. Used them on a freinds car for the dome lights and door step lights made the lights red with LED. They come like 4mini LED to one socket. Should be able to find White one with the socket number for your car.

dam i actually took apic of the lens for my buddy...it's a complete light assembly actually.
