I'm glad they didn't break the bank.
I'll be looking into the pouches.

Thanks to forum members for mentioning the Lexus key pouch. I asked my dealer for one and my sales rep sent me two. I didn't think I would ever want or need a key pouch, but this one is pretty nice. The material is leather or leather-like and is very thin so it doesn't add any bulk. The best thing about it is the key hanger loop for parking lot attendants. The backside has instructions on how to start the car which might also be useful for valet parking. I think the instructions can be removed if you wish and replaced with your favorite picture (of your GS of course). The official Lexus name for it is "SmartAccess Key Glove".

Here's are somewhat clearer pictures of the glove front and back.

Fantastic, thanks for the pics. I'm going to ask my dealer for a pair too.

I went to the dealer and talked to my salesman. He gave me 2 of them. Whatever you do, don't pay for them, they aren't that great. Just my opinion.

I also mentioned the pouches to my sales rep and she sent me two of them too even though I told her we'd buy them! The instruction paper that was in the package said that for IS owners they should turn the little instruction card in the plastic window around and just show the "Lexus" name. I did that for ourGS but two things occurred to me: (1) that maybe the IS doesn't Start/Park quite the same way so instructions aren't correct for them [correction - note referred to manual IS which makes sense]]; (2) this was a follow up for the GS when somebody pointed out there was no way for the valet to hang the key up.

Default key fob pouch

Hey guys I just got back from my dealer with my fob pouches.Do not buy them!!!Lexus is supose to send every 06 owner (before Dec 7)a set of pouches.I am not sure if they will send them directly to you or the dealership.I had my dealer order me two, they didn't know of the pouches until I orderd them.Lexus sent a letter with the order stating they'll be sending pre Dec 7th customers the pouches.
