or am i missing something.....at night it's totall pitch dark in the trunk...can't find anything for the life of me.

As you face the open trunk, look inside on the right hand side - there is a light with a switch.

I'm not sure if the switch is left on does the light goes out when the door is closed or not?!? An easy test would be to turn on the light, close the trunk and then go to the back seat and look through the pass through into the trunk area.

Yes Sandman is right. There's even a toggle switch to turn it on and off.

Or you could climb inside and see if it goes out.... You can try out the glow in the dark release handle too......By the way about the light in the refrigerator, does that go out when the door is closed???

yeah, it has a touch switch thing that turns the light off when the door closes

They need one on the other side. This light doesn't exactly give enough coverage...

The factory trunk light is still dim and useless because it illuminates from one side. Once you put something in the trunk it blocks all of the light to the left side of the trunk.
