Default Need Help with Nav Unit

hello! I need some help regarding head unit fitment.

My hazard switch burnt out on my 2010 350. Because it’s ingeniously attached to the head unit motherboard, I either need to swap the whole unit or swap the board.

Here lies my problem. I have the Mark Levison upgrade. Can I take the head unit (just the nav no radio) and just plug it right into my car and keep my ML radio untouched? Would I need to buy a nav unit that was typically attached to a ML system for it to work?

I found a same year head unit without the radio at a local part yard so I want to just swap my unit and call it a day. Is that fine or are the hookups different? If that’s the case can I just take the new one apart and swap the motherboard and keep my original head unit? Thank you so much for the help
