Check engine came on, went to AutoZone and got P0420. Went to the muffler shop to check for exhaust leak, couldnt find one. Will try to get car scanned with TechStream next, to get O2 sensor outputs. Any other suggestions? Spark plugs were changed couple of years ago, OEM Denso.

If sure of no leak, then the sensor could be bad, or the cat efficiency slightly down. The computer trips the code even if efficiency is vastly more than adequate to meet emissions standards; it is very frustrating. The Toyota logic and programming here is awful.
If nothing else, a few dollars worth of electronic parts will solve the issue.
Thanks @Oro funny enough, this afternoon I get in the car and the check engine lights are off. I still scanned it and the dtc code was found in the history. I cleared all the codes and did a live scan with TechStream, this is what it showed:
