Default Android, VGRS, TPMS... Multiple faults!

I'm praying some of you guys can help me here.

Car is a 2005 GS430.

I've tried to fit an aftermarket Android Auto unit. Obviously removed the while stereo unit, connected the aftermarket unit with their loom etc, ran the reverse camera piggy back loom to the glovebox and so on.

Fired up the unit... Nothing. Turns out I had 2 connectors the wrong way around. So I swap those around. Now the Android unit works, reverse camera works... But I have so many faults on the dash it's unreal.

Climate screen completely inoperative, ABS, AFS, , VGRS fault, TPMS fault, no outside temp, seatbelt warning, window switches don't work, seat memory doesn't work... The list goes on.

I pull it all apart and reverse everything back to normal. I still have all the same issues.

I tried removing the negative battery lead for a couple of minutes. Reconnect, still the same.

I'm now worried it's killed an ECU or something.

Can anyone please suggest anything? Does it just need the faults reset? I'm so worried that this now feels expensive.

This is the back of my stereo unit, it appears some are slightly different. What's the blue socket for?

you may need to leave your battery unhooked for longer to clear the codes.
