Default Front differential axil carrier

Hey guys! I posted something the other day about looking for a front differential axil carrier for my 07 lexus gs 350. The dealership is charging a huge amount of money for this part. Is it any other website that I can use other than the dealership to get this part? Also, I seen some used ones with 200,000 miles on them and other high miles. Is it wise to purchase a used one with these kind of miles. Can anyone please give me some insight. Thanks

I went on express lexus and they sent me the wrong part then tried to charge me for the mistake they made. SMH 🤦‍♂️. I'm strolling all over the place but I really need this part. My car been in this shop for 3 weeks and it's driving me crazy.
