Trunk button won’t open

Hey what’s up guys I know you’re professionals on this I’m trying to get to open up the trunk can someone help me with the location for the fuse box also when I hit the ball in the trunk doesn’t open

Did you try to press the valet button? Think it’s in the glovebox?
