I haven’t driven the car in about a week. Left my driveway went to store parked and the reverse gear would not engage when i selected R. I don’t feel any pressure or vibration when i press the gas pedal. It won’t go past 2k rpm in park or reverse. When i put the car in drive it takes and shifts fine. Drain and fill & filter a month ago and the car has been fine no codes. Any ideas?

Did you check teh fill level w/the car running? What filter was used - in other Lexus cars we’ve seen aftermarket filters clog/restrict atf flow enough to cause running problems.

 

Yes the fluid level was checked at temp and drained all excess then tightened. Filter is Oem replacement

 

This video shows the issue I’m having. Park won’t rev past 2k rpm reverse as well. Noticing my mirrors are not aiming down when I put the car in reverse as it should.
