My car is a mess, trans issue, cant pull codes
When i got this car it had some kind of accessory installed so the obd II data connector has never worked.. I reconnected what I assumed to be the correct wires, but one of them was piggybacked badly, so Im thinking maybe its connected to something else way up in the wiring somewhere.
Long story short im having the abrupt shift into 1st, and no kickdown even after changing my fluid. I cant pull any codes to further work on this issue.
Not sure what to do, Im assuming the wiring diagrams differ according to options? does anyoen have hte pin out and colors for the connector so I can pull codes and go from there?

still not reading codes, im thinking due to the harsh 2 -1 downshift i have a bad ECU... this is my daily and I deliver for a living... can i just buy an used ECU and itll PNP? what procedure do I need to follow to replace it... id love ot just have it repaired but I cant take the time off...
well im ****ing stumped... i have a car that has no functional obd2 port... when i put a fuse in the obd2 location i get a check 4wd system... ive looked, reiwred, rewired again... nothing.... checked fuses... the only wire out of place is a yellow wire instead of black.. there i no black wire, otherwise all the wires are in place... when i check on fuse #3 there is nothing there, when i put a fuse in i get a check 4wd system, but no power to obd2 scanner
The OBD2 port not working is it's own separate headache, but the harsh 2-1 downshifting is well-documented to be the ECU needing to be repaired. If the wires at the odb2 port check out, the only other direction to go is up the wiring harness to the engine bay.

sent teh ecu to SAI, they said they reflowed it... was $190... I think a bit steep for a reflow... should be a reball... but they only took a few days so overall with overnight shipping to and from it only took a week... ill throw it together tomorrow and hopefully all will be well... i found it interesting that there were no codes at all for the trans... the 12v wire for the obd2 port is aol, and i just borrowed voltage from anotehr wire so i could read the codes... that orange wire is deep into the wiring near the bulkhead, and the fuse is good so i dont know about that... i took one look where it goes and will be just borrowing voltage if i need ot pull codes..
thanks for your help guys
