GS300 Servo motor or cooling system issue?

GS300 Servo motor or cooling system issue?
Cannot tell if it is either or but the sound is coming from the middle and behind the dash sounds like motorized sounds and almost like something is gurgling or bubbling back there has anyone had this similar sound before? It occurs on startup and when I'm driving also my car doesn't overheat or anything and the ac and heater works fine.

Hmm I've had something very similar.
It's more of a cosmetic issues, but I here like little clicks/beeps and "movement" from what sounds like behind my Dashboard and AC Unit. It's like shifting noises or something
I somewhat recently just replaced the Master Brake Cylinder, so I thought maybe that was making noises from under the hood. I ran the car but could here nothing from the hood, only from inside the car
