guys, i have this issue with my car, just wondering do you guys have the same problem. on my gs4, whenever i turn off the engine and restart it later, i always notice that the fuel gauge is a little lower than it was prior to shutting off the engine. any of you guys have this problem?

 

Yup. That happens to me all the time.

Actually, I have a GS 400 also, but have never notices the gauge being lower on restart. It did happen on a previous car, which eventually turned out to be a failing sending unit.

 

Never had that problem.

 

mine's get higher....
also i found it very not accurate...when the ligh comes on, i still have at least 5-6 gallons

 

that's normal, it gives you the chance to go to gas station before running out of gas. the gas tank is 19 gallon, and every time the light comes on, i add at most 14gal of gas

Mine too....I just thought it was a "feature" so that I don't run out of gas. In my Mitsubushi, if the Gas light comes on - we're 2 blocks away from being stranded!
