Just purchased a 98 gs300 200+ miles
the radio doesn’t work I have no idea why, I’m still getting voltage from the wire. The radio doesn’t even light up. Also I took the radio out to look at it and now my AC won’t blow. I hear a scraping noise on my front right tire whenever I hit a little dip.
And whenever I speed up to about 60 my steering wheel shakes violently.

 

If the tires are fine it sounds like the front right spring is going. The replacement is not too bad of a job if you find just the one.

 

I can’t imagine having a car with no ac if it’s very hot where you are. That would be number one choice. However you can’t compare the cost of a used radio off eBay or a small repair to fix the ac compared to suspension which is usually $1000+ after labor

 

Fix your suspension because that's a safety issue. Go to a mechanic.

Now not saying all three need to be addressed, but I would just work the list from bottom to top.1 Suspension is safety. 2 AC so you don't show up to work stinky. 3. radio.... you'll have listened to your engine and get a solid grasp of what normal car sounds are while you're saving up for this one.
