Obviously white smoke can be a head gasket but when you changed out the cooling parts did you bleed the air out of the system? I didn’t do that right and got the temp up really high.

Let’s get a full list of symptoms and see if we can get a list of possible problems, and then determine what testing u maybe able to do to confirm what the exact issue needs to be fixed. So it’s getting hot? Have u had it overheat? Is the coolant level dropping consistently? How much/fast is it going thru coolant? Have u pressure tested the cooling system? How many miles are on the car? Have u got any other issues or concerns even ones that seem unrelated, like is it losing any other fluids? How does the oil look? I would not recommend buying anything before you have done everything possible to make sure you have narrowed down the solution to the least possible problems and then start by fixing anything easy first and then the most likely causes next. Also, I would avoid using anything that claims to be a “miracle fix” and stick to fixing the defective parts instead. While those bottle fixes do sound like a great solution, often they aren’t effective and can possibly make it harder when u go to actually repairing. Sometimes they are the way to go, but not often. Plus they aren’t cheap, and certainly aren’t going to give u a long term solution.
