Hello, I have this problem. When I press lock, unlock or want to open trunk from the key fob nothing will happen. The red LED on the key fob will blink. So far I changet the batery and programmed the key, the car even did that thing where it lock and unlock itself to sinal that it is paired.
Any ideas ?

If your dome light / clock radio works then it's likely caused by faulty front door actuator.
Try locking with your key then unlocking with remote. Unlocking with key and locking with remote.
Do this on both doors and you should find the issue.

 

Mine was bought this summer with the key working. As I’ve owned it, the key would randomly not work now it doesn’t work all together. I tried replacing the battery (which needed to be done), but it wasn’t the culprit. Has anybody figured what it could be, besides the door actuator?
