You just had repairs done to the wiring on your car right? Do you know where the repairs were made? They may have messsed up the connection for the APP sensor at the throttle if it was removed. Look for a damaged connector or wiring. It’s the sensor on the firewall side of the throttle body where the cable connects to.
The error code is related to your pedal position sensor. The fact that your car only revs/goes when you mash the pedal all the way down is indicative that the TPS is not getting signal from the pedal position sensor and only moving when the last 10% of pedal travel activates the physical cable attached to the throttle linkage. Since you also have the ECU telling you that the pedal sensor is at fault, focus on that area.
