Default O2 sensor spacer?

Hey guys I have a 01 gs300 and I usually run obx short tube headers but emissions card up so I switched back to stock headers and got all new o2 sensors except I’m getting a code for p0161(heater circuit, bank 2 sensor 2) and I got it warrantied. My question is that I’ve been reading about o2 sensor spacers(spark plug non foulers). I was wondering if I can get away with doing the spacers and not getting the p0161 codes to pass emissions(it’s ob2 emission not tailpipe). Just been looking at options on other ways except changing back and forth every year from stock to obx headers.

The heater circuit would still throw the code if there is a problem. It doesn't have to do with sensing anything in the exhaust. The heater simply heats the sensor up to get readings faster. So in short, no, spacers wouldn't help in this case.
