Knock Sensor Code

I have a 03 GS430. Recently received a knock sensor code where I got my hands dirty and removed the manifold and changed both knock sensors. After clearing the code continues to come back and is putting the car in limp mode. What could this be?

Also did.... new plugs, clean filters, MAF sensor, throttle body and manifold gaskets.

Did you use true Lexus OEM knock sensors? They are expensive (over $100 each). Best bet is to get them from the dealer. It might also be the harness.
