I have a 03 GS430 and the accessory belt hit the ps pulley on the tensioner. I put on a new belt no change. I installed new tension pulley and idle pulley .And it's worse. I have a new PS pump and I did the timing belt so I went thru every thing. The pulley was rubbing before I did all off the work. Any suggestions?

probably something installed wrong, have you viewed the serpentine belt routing diagram ?
Dayco. Its the correct belt. The belt is mounted correctly . Is there a larger idle pulley. I want to say my orginal was larger but listed is the 2.97 in and i cant find larger.

It may help to take a video or pictures of the pulleys on your car so I can get a better idea.
I have a 01 GS430 and when i bought the car the Power Steering Pulley was making an awful sound and power steering was clearly not working as it should. Turned out the Power Steering Pulley was spinning freely on the shaft of the Power Steering Pump. Basically stripped Pulley AND stripped pump, so had to get all brand new ones.
Now this was possibly from previous owner installing incorrectly, who knows, but maybe you have a similar issue, I'm not sure. Keep us posted
