Default Gs 430 oil pan leak.

Anyone ever get and repair there oil pan leak.

Mine is leaking under the k member so those are the couple of 10mm I cant reach.

I'm guessing I will unbolt both motor mounts and cherry pick the motor and hopefully have enough room to get the pan out and reapply gasket maker.

Any one else do this ?

That is about right, those last few 10mm bolts are tucked up there. You will have to either raise the engine a bit or drop the cross member.
Mine is not leaking yet and I am not looking forward to doing that job.
Check over on the LS section I think I saw a post there where a member posted some steps/tips.

Agreed. You can’t get those last two bolts out w/o lifting the motor. Ask me how I know.

I thought as much. I've changed the motor mounts so I know that motor can go up but not very high ! But it is the easiest way .

Thanks guys for getting back to me.

Yea, you only need to lift it the length of the bolt. I’d say an inch should be enough.
