starting issue
This statement is WAY too vague to give advice... Can you be a bit more detailed in your explanation.
Also, the 'last' thing done rarely, if ever, has anything to do with a current issue, so leave that out.

Who charged it, you, or did you take it in? If you, did you check the voltage on the battery to see if it held the charge? Have someone hold a voltage meter on the battery as you start it to see how low it drops. This very much sounds more like a battery issue than anything else.
LoL um, a fuse has nothing to do with it...
So did you jump start it, or did you charge it? Those are 2 total different things! Car isnt going to stay on if the battery is completely toast! Nor will any of your electronics work.
nothing else should be said until you take your battery in to a professional to have it checked.
Oh! Check your connections at the terminal! Thats very important. If they're loose or corroded, that will give the same symptoms of a dead battery.

A few months ago I couldn't get my 2003 GS300 (206k) to start. It would just start then die. I figured it had something to do with the fuel pump. Had it towed to a garage, who determined it was cracked spark plug coils. They replaced the coils and the problem was resolved.
