Calling those with LS400/Supra brakes
I’d like to find a definitive way to measure wheel fitment without buying calipers and test fitting. I believe I have a method to do so.
If you have upgraded front calipers and non-staggered wheels, would you kindly measure the clearance between your rear wheel spokes and the rear caliper? Please include the size of any spacers you may have.
My theory is that a wheel must clear the rear caliper by X amount in order to clear an LS400 or Supra caliper up front.
If we can collect these numbers, people will be able to figure out their wheel spacing needs without too much, if any, experimenting.
Thanks y’all!

This will allow someone to decide if LS brakes will fit their current wheels. To determine if a particular model of wheel will fit over an LS/Supra caliper, it will need to be test fit anyways.
Better off just asking people to contribute what wheels are known to fit LS/Supra calipers.
I'm not aware of LS or Supra calipers being particularly challenging to fit wheels over though.
