Shaking at highway speeds
Hello all, so I just picked up a 1999 GS300. I have some big plans for it in the future as a car for my son and I to build as he grows up, but for now I need to fix the few current issues it has. Most importantly the car shakes when I start getting up into highway speeds. It feels like it’s coming from the front driver side, but not 100% sure. I know there a a lot of things that could be causing it, and I researched but couldn’t find exactly what my car is doing. Just decided to post on here first and see if anyone has had the same issue and what it was or any common issues this particular car has that fits the discription before I just start going down the potentially very expensive list. Thanks!
Car Notes: 1999 GS300, 220,000 miles. No idea what has been changed or not. I bought it from a kid for cheap. It does have 20’s on it with I guess almost rubber band tires. Those will be leaving the car asap.
