Can anyone confirm or have experience that the 98 Supra TT oxygen sensor(DENSO 2344514 upstream) will work or is a direct fit with the Aristo 2JZGTE VVTI engine? Also will the 2JZ-GE VVTI starter motor be a direct fit to the 2JZGTE VVTI engine?

Yes the two GTE 2-bolt o2 sensors are interchangable, as well as any variation JZ starter will fit any JZ, although some may look slightly different than others they all fit and work fine.
