Talking Another GS Brother

Just got a 99 GS400. Gold, with the Nakamichi package and chrome 16-inchers. Before making the big purchase I drove the following new cars...IS300, ES300, C230 Kompressor, TSX (beautiful interior on that car), and TL Type S. All nice cars, but nothing, I mean nothing, gives you that feeling of WHEEE! like punching it off a stop light or roaring onto the freeway in a GS. Much better to buy used and love the car than to buy a new car that's nice, but just OK.

This is a great site and I look forward to learning more from all of you, someday upgrading my wheels, and maybe seeing one of you around San Diego.

When I had my A4, i used to hang out at A4.org, and they had cool small stickers to put in the rear quarter window. Didn't see those here, might be a fun idea to spot each other?

Regards to all,
Russell

Welcome to the club, you made a great choice w/ the GS! If you are considering upgrades, you came to the right place. There are many owners with unbelievable looking rides. Honestly, the difficulty will be deciding what mod to do first.

Regarding the stickers, there are Club Lexus stickers available. You probably have to PM Static911 for info. Best of luck w/ your GS!

Welcome! Yes, there are ClubLexus stickers available. I believe you have to be a paid member in order to receive one....

From one newbie to another, welcome to the club! It was from the information I got from this forum that led me to purchase my new GS300 SE. Best of luck with your GS and enjoy in the sharing and receiving of new ideas with your clublexus members.
